Welcome to the GAEC CAMBON, where Nathalie, Jean-Paul and Kévin invite you into their universe: from the impressive farmhouse to the Salers herd of cows through the cheese making.

. Come to discover the milking of cows Salers, a unique moment with the mythic cow of Cantal. They produce their own ACAJOU, a 100% raw milk cheese. Taste it! You will discover the taste of an authentic know-how of a farmer cheese! They were awarded the Gold Prize, “Prix Fermier d’Or” in 2015, 2017, 2018.

Direct sale at the shop next to the farm every day from 9h a.m. to 12h a.m. and from 5h p.m. to 7h p.m.
